OE2016EURO
10/06/2016-10/07/2016 Like in most european countries, soccer is a very famous sport in Austria. Unfortunatly we aren‘t very good in it. Since 1964 we weren‘t part of the European Championships (except for 2008, when Austria an Switzerland where hosts and could therefore take part). But in 2016 the young austrian team qualified for the EURO in France. Hopes where high and I applied for the special call OE2016EURO. The results of the austrian team where rather poor, but hey, we‘ll try again! And my QSOs with the special call went much better.
